time to time. There might be times when you need to reschedule or even
cancel your real estate photography session booking with us.
Rescheduling or cancellation policy
CampaignPROS does not charge a cancellation fee if we receive notice of the rescheduling or cancellation of a photography session booking before 5pm of the prior business day (before the photography session is scheduled).
However,
we will charge you a cancellation fee of $55.00 if a photography session
booking is rescheduled or cancelled after 5pm of the prior business day
(before the photography session is scheduled).
Our commitment to you
There will be no charge for rescheduling a photography session booking under these circumstances:
It would be unsafe or dangerous to conduct the photography session
Extremely bad weather
If the weather is unsuitable for aerial drone photography
How to avoid the cancellation fee
Always
double check with the vendor the day before the scheduled photography
session. This is an excellent opportunity to not only confirm the
appointment time, but also to remind the vendor to clean up the property and make sure that it is well prepared.
If
you find out at the last moment that the property is unavailable or not
ready, you might consider using your photography session booking with
us at another property. We can conduct the photography session at
another property, and we are happy to accommodate so long as the location
is reasonable.
