Mosman apartment cracks $4.075 million prior auction

Listing agent Mr Foote said the large beachfront property at 8/48 Parriwi Rd was hotly contested while on the market, and attracted buyers from all locations.
“We negotiated with four parties to achieve the sale,” Mr Foote said.
“Three parties were from Mosman, and one party was from Fairlight.”
He said the property had more than 50 groups through while on the market, and after six contracts issued, the successful sale went to buyers from the Mosman area looking to downsize.
“This is a strong result for the area, and shows the strength of the downsizer market right now.”
Mr Foote said the property’s rare size, and prime location were key factors in the successful sale.
